These Halloween cookie bars are a fun, festive treat made with orange, green, and purple M&M's and monster sprinkles. The dough comes together quickly, bakes in a 9x13 pan, and yields soft, chewy bars that are perfect for sharing. Let them cool before cutting, and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Directions
- Heat your oven to 350°F.
- In a stand mixer, combine the softened butter with both sugars. Beat on low for 1 minute until blended. Then gradually add the eggs and vanilla, mixing on medium for another minute.
- Stop the mixer. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix on low, then increase to medium for 1 minute. Lower the speed and stir in 1½ cups of the M&M's and all the sprinkles until just combined.
- Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Use a silicone spatula to spread the dough evenly in the dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup M&M's on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden. Let cool in the pan for 30 minutes before cutting. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
