These Halloween Graveyard Pudding Cookie Cups are a fun and spooky treat. Start by making chocolate pudding from a mix, then layer it in cups with crushed cookies for dirt. Top with tombstone cookies and add creepy decorations to finish the graveyard effect.

Ingredients

1 package (3.9 oz) of instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo cookies)

Tombstone-shaped cookies or wafer cookies

Edible Halloween-themed decorations (optional)

Edible black gel or icing

Directions

In a large bowl, combine a 3.9 oz box of instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture thickens, as per the directions on the pudding package. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to allow the pudding to set further.

After the pudding has chilled and the cookies are crushed, it's assembly time. Spoon an even layer of chocolate pudding into each cup, smoothing the top.

Sprinkle the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies over the pudding to resemble dirt. Insert tombstone-shaped cookies or wafer cookies into the pudding. Add any desired Halloween-themed decorations. Use edible black gel or icing to inscribe spooky messages on the tombstones.
