Halloween Monster Cookies

Directions

1. Heat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk the oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add the cake mix and black cocoa powder, then stir until fully combined.
4. Use a 1/4-cup measure to scoop out the dough.
5. Place 6 dough balls evenly spaced on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the centers are just set and cooked through.
7. Remove from the oven and immediately press a peanut butter cup (green side up) into the center of each cookie.
8. Gently press candy eyes into the cookie and the peanut butter cup.
9. Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
