- Warm up your oven to 350°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the softened butter, both brown sugars, and vanilla together in a mixing bowl. Add the whole eggs and extra yolk one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then mix in the rolled oats.
- Gently incorporate 1 cup of M&M's, crushed pretzels, and chocolate chips.
- Shape the dough into balls using a 1/4 cup measure. Place them 3 inches apart on the lined sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes, then rotate the pan and bake 2 more minutes. Take the pan out and press the remaining M&M's and candy eyes into the cookies. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes. Let the cookies rest on the pan to finish setting.
- Enjoy while still warm, or allow to cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
