This Halloween Pumpkin Punch combines pumpkin puree, apple cider, and orange juice with warm spices for a festive drink. You can make it alcoholic with rum and vodka, or keep it family-friendly with maple syrup and vanilla. Chill, garnish, and serve for a crowd-pleasing treat.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, whisk together 1 cup pumpkin puree, 4 cups apple cider, 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup rum, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice.
- For an alcoholic version, stir in 1/2 cup spiced rum and 1/2 cup vodka. For a non-alcoholic punch, skip this step.
- Mix thoroughly until the pumpkin puree is completely blended into the liquid.
- Refrigerate the punch for at least 1 hour to chill before serving.
- When ready to serve, pour the punch into a punch bowl or individual glasses.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for extra flavor and a festive look.
- For a non-alcoholic version, combine 2 cups pumpkin puree, 3 cups apple cider, and 2 cups orange juice in a large pitcher. Stir until the puree is well incorporated.
- Add 1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust to taste), 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir well, then taste and add more maple syrup if desired.
- If you prefer a chilled punch, add ice cubes to the pitcher or individual glasses.
- Ladle the non-alcoholic punch into glasses. Optionally, garnish each glass with an orange slice and a cinnamon stick.
- Enjoy your Pumpkin Punch!
