This recipe layers chocolate chip cookie dough with Oreos, chocolate chunks, M&Ms, and sweetened condensed milk, then bakes to perfection. After a second bake, top with candy corn and sprinkles for a festive Halloween treat that needs at least 2 hours to set before serving.

- Heat your oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Press the refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake the cookie layer for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped Oreos, half of the chocolate chunks, and half of the M&Ms over the baked cookie layer.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top; it doesn't need to cover everything completely.
- Layer the remaining Oreos, chocolate chunks, and M&Ms on top, then add the Reese's Pieces.
- Bake for another 25 to 30 minutes, until the condensed milk turns a caramel color.
- Remove from the oven, top with candy corn and sprinkles, and let the bars cool in the pan for at least 2 hours before slicing.
