Directions
- Coat the pumpkin's top with spray adhesive, using a pumpkin that has a flat top to keep the moss secure.
- While the adhesive is still tacky, press dry sphagnum moss onto the pumpkin's top until it forms a layer between ½ and 1 inch thick.
- Begin at the center and work outward: position the three tallest succulents a bit off-center, then attach them to the moss with clear gel crafts glue or a hot glue gun. Continue adding more succulents around this cluster, crowding them together for a full look.
- Shape the arrangement into a mound, with taller succulents near the pumpkin's center and shorter ones leaning out. For a large pumpkin, use one or two big succulents, three to four medium ones, and a handful of small succulents that cascade over the edge.
