These mini Halloween charcuterie boards are packed with fun, creepy-cute elements like soft cheese skulls, witch's broom pretzels, and ghost pretzels. Arrange them in a coffin-shaped board with pepperoni roses, pumpkin cheddar, and fresh berries for a festive snack that's perfect for parties.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Lightly spray a skeleton mold with oil. Press soft spreadable cheese into the skull cavities. Freeze for 15 to 30 minutes until firm enough to pop out as whole pieces.
  2. Melt white melting candy and dark chocolate chips separately in piping bags. Lay a pretzel stick on parchment. Drizzle white chocolate vertically on the bottom half inch to form the broom base, then top with dark chocolate drizzle. Repeat for all pretzels, then refrigerate to set.
  3. While white chocolate is still melted, add two small drops above the top two holes of each white chocolate-covered pretzel. Press a candy eye onto each drop. Refrigerate until fully hardened.
  4. To make pepperoni roses, use an empty bottle with a quarter-sized opening (like a 20 oz soda bottle). Place one pepperoni slice on top, folding half inside and half outside. Add two more slices to cover the opening, overlapping slightly. Add a second layer of three slices, staggered. Turn the bottle upside down on a clean surface and gently twist it off. Use toothpicks to secure if needed.
  5. Use a pumpkin cookie cutter to cut pumpkin shapes from the cheddar cheese block. Slice to get enough for two pumpkins per coffin.
  6. Thread blueberries onto a toothpick, stacking as many as possible to make a blueberry stick.
  7. Place 5 or 6 crackers at the top back of each empty coffin. Set a skeleton just in front of the crackers, off to one side. Fold or crumple one or two prosciutto slices like a ribbon and press into the skeleton's lap, letting it come up into or just outside the rib cage.
  8. Place a pepperoni rose at the very bottom end of the coffin. If needed, add a couple extra pepperoni slices underneath to lift the rose slightly for better presentation.
  9. Add blackberries next to the skeleton and crackers. Place the blueberry stick on the skeleton's left side, just in front of its shoulder.
  10. Add small piles of pistachios and candy corn. Place two pumpkin-shaped cheese pieces just in front of the pistachios.
  11. Set three soft cheese skulls just in front of the cheddar cheese. Arrange the ghost pretzels among the crackers, and lay a broomstick right on top.
  12. Serve immediately.
