This no-bake Halloween lush dessert combines a chocolate cookie crust with three creamy pudding layers dyed orange, purple, and green. It's easy to assemble, requires no oven, and is topped with whipped topping and festive sprinkles. Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving cold.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter until fully moistened.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and place in the fridge to chill while you make the other layers.
  3. In a large bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth, then gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
  4. Add a few drops of orange food coloring and stir until the color is even. Keep adding drops until you reach the shade you like.
  5. Spread the orange cream mixture evenly over the chilled crust, then return the dish to the refrigerator.
  6. In a medium bowl, whisk together a 3.4-ounce box of instant vanilla pudding mix with 1 3/4 cups cold milk until it thickens.
  7. Add purple food coloring and stir until the color is even and you've achieved your desired hue.
  8. Spread the purple layer on top of the orange layer, then put the dish back in the fridge.
  9. In another medium bowl, whisk together a 3.4-ounce box of instant pistachio pudding mix with 1 3/4 cups cold milk until it thickens.
  10. Stir in green food coloring until the color is even and you've reached the shade you want.
  11. Spread the green layer over the purple layer.
  12. Spread the remaining 1 cup of whipped topping over the green layer.
  13. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the layers can set. Right before serving, decorate the top with Halloween-themed sprinkles.
  14. Cut into squares and serve cold.
