These spooky treats are made by dipping Nutter Butter cookies in melted white chocolate, adding candy eyes, and drawing ghostly mouths. A quick freeze sets the chocolate perfectly. Ready in under 10 minutes, they're a hit for Halloween parties!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe cup or small bowl.
  2. Heat in the microwave on high for 2 minutes, pausing to stir every half minute, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Take a Nutter Butter and dip about half of it into the melted chocolate, allowing any extra to drip off.
  4. Turn the cookie upright and give it a gentle shake or tap so the melted chocolate runs down the uncovered portion for a ghostly effect.
  5. Set the coated cookie on a sheet of parchment paper.
  6. Attach two small candy eyes a short distance from the top of each cookie; use baking tweezers if available.
  7. Repeat the dipping and eye placement for the remaining cookies, using more melted chocolate as needed.
  8. Place the cookies in the freezer for 5 minutes to help the chocolate set quickly.
  9. Using an edible black marker, draw a mouth near where the white chocolate ends on each cookie.
