Ingredients
Directions
- Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper, wax paper, or a silicone baking mat.
- Melt the white chocolate candy coating as directed on the package, typically by microwaving in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
- For ghost cookies, dip only about two-thirds of one side into the melted chocolate, leaving the bottom third undipped. Place the dipped cookies on a wire rack to let excess coating drip off.
- Prepare a small amount of melted white chocolate and put it into a ziplock bag with a tiny corner snipped off, or use a disposable piping bag.
- Pipe a wavy line across the bottom edge of the dipped portion using the bag, to create the illusion of a floating ghost.
- While the white chocolate is still wet, press two mini chocolate chips onto the ghost for eyes.
- Place one more mini chocolate chip below the eyes to form a mouth.
- For mummy cookies, dip the entire front of the cookie into the melted white chocolate.
- Allow the coating to dry completely.
- Again, prepare a small amount of melted white chocolate and transfer it to a ziplock bag with a corner cut or a piping bag.
- Pipe horizontal lines across the front of the mummy cookies to resemble mummy wrappings.
- Press two mini chocolate chips onto the mummy's face for eyes.
