Directions
- Shape the poster board into a cone of your preferred size and fasten it with masking tape. Cut the bottom edge with scissors so the cone sits evenly on a surface.
- Spread the crepe paper streamers flat on your workspace. Use the sponge pouncer to dab random spots of Aleene's Clear Gel Tacky Glue onto several lengthy strips.
- Sprinkle assorted glitters over the glue dots and wait for them to dry. Tap off any extra glitter.
- Starting from the cone's base, run a ring of Clear Gel Tacky Glue around the bottom edge. Press a glittered streamer onto the glue, pleating the paper as you wrap around the cone.
- Keep adding layers of glue and glittered streamers in the same manner until the entire cone is wrapped.
- Coat a small piece of streamer thickly with Clear Gel Tacky Glue and shape it onto the tree's top to create a pointed tip. Let it dry completely.
