About this
A styled Halloween party held in a charming, lush backyard in Belmont, CA, produced by Juliette Kim of Confetti and Wishes for host Alan on October 19, 2019. The page recounts how the team solved space and privacy problems for 75 guests with a giant balloon wall, seated everyone at black-lined banquet tables, and kept the kids busy with crafts, pumpkin decorating, and a magician. It also lists every vendor credited with the event.
The plan
- Fit 75 people in the backyard with enough seating for comfortable eating
- Use the driveway connected to the backyard to gain extra space
- Enclose the driveway's street opening for privacy, solved with a giant balloon wall
- Add long banquet tables spanning the long narrow pathways of the backyard to complement the yard's design
- Plan roughly 2 hours of entertainment for a large number of kids
