Pumpkin Hunt
A fun pumpkin hunt that gets kids moving and counting!

This activity combines a scavenger hunt with counting practice. Hide pumpkins around your yard, then have children collect them in bags. After the hunt, count the pumpkins together to reinforce numbers.
Directions
- Place either decorative or genuine pumpkins in hiding spots throughout your yard.
- Provide each kid with a bag for gathering pumpkins.
- Allow the children to search for the pumpkins and add them to their bags.
- Once all pumpkins have been found, gather and tally them as a group.
