Fun with Sprinkles Halloween Cookies

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with a silicone baking mat
2. Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, sugar, and eggs until combined
3. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and salt
4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet
5. Add the Halloween sprinkles to a small bowl
6. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop some dough and drop dollop into the sprinkles
7. Coat the dough in the sprinkles then place onto the cookie sheet
8. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until firm around the edges
9. Enjoy!
