- Cut out a large circle from white paper.
- Draw a wavy line across the top half of the circle using a black marker.
- Add two curved lines on either side of the wavy line to form the clown's hair.
- Draw two circles near the bottom of the circle for the clown's eyes.
- Add small dots inside the eye circles for pupils.
- Draw a wide, curved line below the eyes for the clown's mouth.
