Create a haunting Halloween look using just a paper plate, black paper, and elastic. This simple craft involves cutting, gluing, and threading to make a wearable spooky eye. Perfect for last-minute costumes or adding eerie flair to your party.

- Take a white paper plate and slice it into two equal halves, forming semi-circles.
- From black construction paper, cut out a circular shape to serve as the pupil.
- Apply glue to the back of the black circle and attach it to the middle of one white paper plate half.
- Snip small slits along the edges of the paper plate half.
- Pass the elastic string or ribbon through these slits, then tie a firm knot.
- Put the spooky eye mask on your face and tighten the string until it sits comfortably.
