Vampire Cookies - "Spook"tacular Halloween Treat

Directions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a double boiler, melt the shortening and chocolate. Stir until smooth.
3. Pour 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into each mold.
4. Place an Oreo cookie in each mold, covering the chocolate.
5. Add more chocolate to cover the cookies completely.
6. Chill the cookies for one hour.
7. Once chilled, remove the cookies from the molds and place them on the baking sheet.
8. Pipe black hair on top of each cookie using black icing gel.
9. Attach two M&Ms to the back of each cookie as eyes, adding pupils and eyebrows.
10. Use black icing gel to create a nose on each cookie.
11. Pipe a mouth with red icing gel.
12. Add fangs above the mouth with white icing gel.
