These adorable witch hat cookies come together in minutes using Keebler Fudge Stripes, Hershey kisses, and orange frosting. Simply dip kisses in frosting and sprinkles, then attach to the cookie's center hole for a festive Halloween treat.

- Take one Hershey kiss and gently coat its flat bottom with a thin layer of orange frosting, letting the frosting creep just a little up the sides.
- Pour Halloween sprinkles into a small dish. Dip the frosted end of the kiss into the sprinkles, then press it onto the center hole of the cookie's plain side (the side without stripes). Repeat with remaining ingredients.
