Ingredients
Directions
- Set your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix, oil, and eggs. Stir until a dough forms. Add 15–20 drops of purple food coloring and mix until the dough is evenly vibrant purple.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop dough portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2–3 inches apart. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack and cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- Spread a small amount of purple frosting in the center of each cooled cookie with a butter knife. Press a Hershey’s Kiss chocolate into the frosting, then sprinkle any exposed frosting with Halloween nonpareils.
