- Start by preparing the frozen hand. Clean the outside of a rubber glove, then turn it inside out. In a large 4-cup measuring cup, stir together the thawed raspberries and cranberry juice.
- Measure 2 cups of the raspberry mixture into a small saucepan. Sprinkle both envelopes of unflavored gelatin over the liquid and let it sit for 2 minutes. Warm the pan over low heat, stirring constantly, just until the gelatin dissolves completely. Stir this mixture back into the remaining raspberry mixture in the measuring cup.
- Pour the raspberry mixture into the inverted glove. Gather the top of the glove and tie it tightly with kitchen twine. Place the glove in the freezer and freeze until solid, ideally for several days.
- When ready to serve, carefully cut the glove away from the frozen hand. Position the hand in a large punch bowl, palm side up, leaning against the side. Pour in the ginger ale and sparkling apple cider. Garnish the punch with the gummy snakes.
