This Halloween dessert dip combines Twinkies, cream cheese, Cool Whip, and milk into a smooth green base. Topped with green-tinted icing, gummy worms, candy eyes, and pearl sprinkles, it mimics a witch's bubbling brew. Perfect for parties, it's quick to make and sure to delight.

- Combine the unwrapped Twinkies, cream cheese, Cool Whip, and milk in a large bowl. Beat on high speed until the mixture is smooth and fully blended.
- Add the neon green gel food coloring gradually, stirring after each addition, until you reach your preferred shade of green. I used about 1 teaspoon.
- Pour the green mixture into a plastic cauldron.
- Mix 1/2 teaspoon of neon green gel food coloring into the white icing until the color is even.
- Spread the tinted icing over the top of the dip and let it drip down the sides to create an overflowing look.
- Arrange gummy worms and candy eyeballs on top of the icing.
- Sprinkle white pearl sprinkles over the surface to resemble bubbles.
