This Beetlejuice Brew mixes pomegranate and cranberry juices with citrus, spices, and berries for a chillingly delicious drink. The fizzy soda and 'floating eyeballs' make it both tasty and creepy. Chill and serve in clear glasses, optionally with dry ice for a foggy effect.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Start by combining 3 cups of pomegranate juice and 2 cups of cranberry juice in a big pitcher or punch bowl. These bold, dark juices set the creepy tone.
  2. Slowly add 2 cups of lemon-lime soda or ginger ale for a spicier kick. The carbonation creates a magical, bubbly texture.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of 2 fresh limes, then add slices from 1 orange for a pop of color and citrus flavor.
  4. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg into the mix, stirring well until the spices are fully dissolved for a warm autumn taste.
  5. Add 1 cup of fresh blueberries and a handful of frozen blackberries. The blackberries look like spooky floating eyeballs, adding a playful touch.
  6. Refrigerate the brew for at least 30 minutes so the flavors meld and the drink chills. If you're short on time, serve over ice.
  7. Pour into clear glasses to show off the dark color. Garnish with extra berries or a lime slice. For an extra eerie effect, carefully add dry ice if available to create fog.
