Ingredients
Directions
- Heat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, stir together the whole cranberry sauce and orange marmalade until fully blended. Set this mixture aside.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the brie into 1-inch squares. It's fine to keep the rind on. Set the brie pieces aside.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured work surface.
- Press the perforated seams together with your fingers so the dough forms a single rectangle.
- Cut the dough into 24 even squares using a sharp knife. Gently press each square into the cups of the prepared mini muffin pan.
- Place one brie cube, 1 tablespoon of the cranberry-orange mixture, and a pinch of chopped pecans into each dough-lined cup.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the dough turns golden brown.
- Let the bites cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before carefully removing them.
- Top each bite with a small rosemary sprig for garnish.
