Ingredients
Directions
- Set your oven to 375°F. Get out two baking sheets and cover them with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Dust your countertop lightly with flour.
- Split the dough into 10 even pieces. Shape each piece into an 8-inch long rope, making the ends a bit thicker. Place five ropes on each baking sheet, leaving at least 2 inches between them. Snip a 1-inch cut at both ends of each rope with scissors, then gently pull the cut parts apart to look like bone ends.
- Paint the breadsticks with the melted butter, then dust them with the grated Parmesan. Bake for around 15 minutes, then take them out and sprinkle the mozzarella on top. Put them back in the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly. Serve right away with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
