Directions

1. Combine the black rice and marshmallow vodka in a clean quart-sized Ball jar.
2. Let the mixture sit in a cool, shaded spot for a full day, giving it a gentle shake now and then.
3. Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher or a large quart measuring cup with a spout, then discard the rice.
4. Rinse the Ball jar thoroughly and return the infused vodka to it.
5. Attach a pouring spout to the jar and add a label.
6. Pour the red decorating sugar into a shallow dish.
7. Dip the rim of your glass into water, then immediately press it into the sugar to coat it.
8. Add ice cubes to the prepared glass.
9. In a small spouted measuring cup, blend the black vodka, coffee liqueur, and Frangelico together.
10. Pour the mixed drink over the ice and serve immediately.
