Ingredients

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • mixing bowl
  • pastry brush

Directions

  1. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. Combine pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Open the crescent roll package and separate the dough into triangles. Drop a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture onto the broad end of each triangle.
  4. Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle toward the point, folding the sides inward to trap the filling. Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Use a pastry brush to coat the tops with melted butter, then dust with cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the bombs are golden brown. Allow them to cool a bit before serving.
