- Snap the glow sticks to start them glowing, then carefully slide each one into a balloon.
- Tighten the knots on the balloon openings so the light sources remain trapped inside.
- Cover the entire surface of each balloon with white paint and wait for it to dry fully.
- Grab the black marker and sketch eerie expressions onto the painted surfaces.
- Fasten pieces of string or ribbon to the balloons so you can hang them up or anchor them in your yard.
