Fingerprint Halloween Treat Bags

You'll need

Sturdy Gift Bags from the Dollar Store (We used very thick ones with metal fasteners at the handles — since we have big goals for this years trick-or-treating!)
Paint (We used Acrylic, but any paint or ink would do.)
Q-tips or Paint Brushes to add details
Googly eyes (optional, but always added cuteness)

Mix paint colors (e.g., dark red with yellow for orange).
Dip thumb into paint and press sideways onto the bag to create a fingerprint shape (e.g., Jack-O-Lantern).
Add details using a Q-tip or paint brush (e.g., green stem, black eyes and mouth).
For ghost designs, dip fingers in white paint and dot them all over the bag.
Paint the whole hand and stick it on the bag to make a big ghost shape.
Once dry, add eyes with black paint using a Q-tip or add googly eyes.
