These easy party favors use plastic skulls, bells or beads, and hot glue. Paint them for extra flair, then fill and seal for a fun rattle noise. Perfect for Halloween goody bags or table decorations.

  1. Begin by taking off any labels or packaging from the plastic skulls.
  2. If you like, use acrylic paint to customize the skulls, then set them aside to dry completely.
  3. To access the inside, either pry the jaw apart if it separates or use a craft knife to make a small opening.
  4. Drop one or two jingle bells or beads into the cavity of the skull.
  5. Seal the gap with a line of hot glue to keep the contents inside.
  6. Wait for the glue to harden completely.
  7. Give it a shake to hear the rattle sound.
