You'll need

Directions

  1. For a mummy door decoration, attach strips of toilet paper, crepe paper, or fabric to your door using tape. Then stick on a pair of eyes from the dollar store.
  2. To make a garden ghost, put a basketball on a plant stand and drape a white sheet over both. Glue two felt eyes onto the sheet.
  3. For a glowing ghost, purchase two glass lamp shades from a thrift store. Use a permanent marker to draw eyes on each. Insert a solar light through the top hole to make them shine.
  4. Create a Halloween tree by using branches from fall cleanup. Spray paint them black and allow to dry. Place the branches in a flower pot, fill with dirt to secure. Set the pot inside a plastic cauldron and add purple lights for a spooky glow.
  5. For a giant spiderweb, cut sprinkler tubing to form a circle and tape the ends together with gaffers tape. Weave twine around the tubing to create the web pattern. Spray paint the twine black and let dry. Position the web in front of a window to be illuminated on Halloween night.
