This fizzy pumpkin juice combines pureed pumpkin with apple, pineapple, and sparkling grape juice for a refreshing potion. Chill for at least an hour, then stir well and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. It's a perfect non-alcoholic (or adult-friendly) drink for Harry Potter fans.
