These Frankenstein wafer cookie treats are a fun Halloween snack. Frost chocolate wafer cookies with green tinted frosting, add black sugar hair, a red scar, edible eyes, and candy corn bolts. Quick to assemble and perfect for parties.

- Mix green food coloring into the vanilla frosting until evenly tinted. Spread this green frosting over the upper two-thirds of each chocolate wafer cookie.
- Sprinkle black sugar crystals generously over the top one-third of the frosted area to create a hair effect.
- Using the red decorating gel, draw a small scar just below the hairline. Place two edible eyes directly beneath the scar.
- With the black decorating gel, draw a mouth on the cookie.
- Snip off the chocolate ends from each candy corn piece. Apply a tiny dab of frosting to the cut side, then press one piece onto each side of the cookie to mimic Frankenstein's neck bolts.
- Your Frankenstein wafer cookie treats are now ready to serve and enjoy!
