- Prepare a dozen chocolate cupcakes using your favorite recipe or a box mix.
- Whip up a batch of marshmallow fluff frosting.
- While the cupcakes cool, transfer the marshmallow fluff into a piping bag and snip off a large opening at the tip.
- Pipe the fluff onto each cupcake by pressing down and then pulling upward to create a tall, ghostly peak.
- Press two sprinkle eyes onto each frosted cupcake to complete the ghost face.
