Ghost Krispy Treats

These Ghost Krispy Treats are a playful Halloween twist on classic rice cereal bars. Melt marshmallows and butter, mix with cereal, then press into a pan. Top with piped white chocolate ghosts and chill before cutting into bars.

- 9x13-inch baking pan

- small resealable plastic bag
Directions
- Cover a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and lightly coat the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan set over low heat, combine the butter and marshmallows. Stir continuously until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
- Take the pan off the heat and fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until every piece is evenly coated.
- Press the cereal mixture firmly into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave, pausing to stir every 15 seconds, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate into a small resealable plastic bag and snip off a tiny corner to create a piping tip.
- Pipe ghost eyes and mouths onto the cooled rice cereal treats.
- Put the pan in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
- Slice the sheet into individual bars and serve.
