This gold pumpkin DIY uses faux pumpkins, gold leaf sheets, adhesive, and washi tape. By masking off the top third with tape and gilding the bottom, you create a two-toned glam look. The process is quick, requiring only a few steps and minimal drying time.

Directions
- Wrap a piece of washi tape around the lower third of the faux pumpkin, pressing it into the grooves to ensure it sticks.
- Brush a thin coat of gold leaf adhesive onto the pumpkin below the tape line, avoiding any puddles since a small amount suffices.
- Wait a few minutes until the adhesive becomes tacky to the touch. Then apply gold leaf by pressing a sheet onto the adhesive and peeling away the orange backing; repeat until all adhesive is covered.
- Use a soft duster brush to gently sweep away any extra gold leaf, resulting in a smooth finish.
- Peel off the washi tape to reveal a crisp, straight edge.
