- Set your oven to preheat at 425°F. On a small baking sheet, arrange the split bagel halves with their cut sides facing up. Spread the marinara sauce over both halves and place the pepperoni slices on top, dividing them equally. Layer the mozzarella strips over the pepperoni in a crisscross pattern to resemble mummy bandages. Add two olive slices to each half to create eyes. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and the bagels are heated through.
