Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Slice the tortillas into 24 bat-shaped wing pieces. Arrange them on a large rimmed baking sheet and bake until crisp and dry, but not browned, for about 15 minutes. Let them cool. Meanwhile, line another large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the finely crushed Cheetos crumbs and the black sesame seeds and poppy seeds each into separate small bowls.
- In a medium bowl, combine the room-temperature cream cheese, goat cheese, and black pepper to taste. Use a 1-ounce cookie scoop to form balls of the cheese mixture, then roll them gently with your hands to round them out.
- Coat each cheese ball in either the Cheetos crumbs or the seeds. Place them on the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until serving.
- Once the tortilla wings have cooled, gently press them into the sides of each cheese ball. Thinly slice the black and green olives and place a slice on top of each cheese ball to create eyes.
