Ingredients
Directions
- Set your oven to 275°F. Line a big baking sheet with parchment paper and give it a light coating of nonstick spray. Spread the rice Chex, corn Chex, pretzels, and cashews in a single layer on the sheet.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter on high for about 1 minute, covered. Stir in the brown sugar and maple syrup until well combined.
- Drizzle the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss gently to coat evenly. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Let it cool completely on the baking sheet, stirring now and then.
- Once cool, add the peanut butter candies, candy corn, and chocolate chips. Toss everything together gently right on the baking sheet.
- Move the mix to a serving bowl, or store it in an airtight container for up to a week.
