Boil eggs with red food coloring for a bloody look, then fill with a green avocado-yolk mixture. Top with olives, candy eyes, and sriracha to create a disturbing but delicious treat. Perfect for Halloween parties!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs in water tinted with a single drop of red food coloring. Once they're cooked, let them cool completely, then remove the shells.
  2. Slice each egg in half lengthwise. Pop the yolks out into a mixing bowl and set the whites aside.
  3. Add the avocado, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and one drop of green food coloring to the yolks. Mash everything together until smooth, then transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
  4. Pipe the green avocado-yolk filling into each egg white half. Garnish each with a black olive, a candy eye, and a drizzle of sriracha around the edges to create a bloody eye effect. Serve immediately.
