Halloween Monster Fudge

This Halloween fudge recipe features a rich dark chocolate layer with crushed Oreos, topped with a creamy white chocolate layer loaded with sprinkles and candy eyeballs. It's easy to make and perfect for parties. Let it set for 3 hours before cutting into squares.

- Combine dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth and melted.
- Mix in the marshmallow cream until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the broken Oreo cookies.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Transfer the chocolate mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
- For the white layer, combine white chocolate chips, the remaining sweetened condensed milk, and butter in another medium saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the marshmallow cream.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in 3 tablespoons of Halloween sprinkles.
- Pour the white mixture over the chocolate layer in the pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of sprinkles on top.
- Place the candy eyes in pairs to form faces.
- Let the fudge set for 3 hours at room temperature.
- Cut into 1½ inch squares.
- Store in a sealed container.
