Halloween Monster Marshmallows

Directions

1. Heat the candy melts in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until fully melted.
2. Mix in the tablespoon of oil until combined.
3. Arrange the jumbo marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with silicone, foil, or parchment paper.
4. Spoon about a tablespoon of the melted candy mixture over each marshmallow, then use the back of a spoon to spread it in a circular motion, letting it drip down the sides. Add more candy melt if needed to cover.
5. Press the candy eyeballs into the coating. For a sunken appearance, add them while the candy is still wet. If you want the eyes to stay on top, wait until the coating is mostly set; if needed, dab a bit of melted candy on the back of the eyes to secure them.
6. Allow the marshmallows to set at room temperature until the coating is firm.
7. Keep the finished marshmallows in an airtight container at room temperature.
