This guide walks you through creating festive Halloween streamer decorations for a mummy and Frankenstein's monster using white, green, and black streamers, clear tape, scissors, glow-in-the-dark eyes, and black plastic cups. The process involves wrapping support beams with streamers, attaching eyes, adding stitch details, and securing cups as bolts.

Directions
- Secure the white streamers to the top of your chosen support beam using tape or string. Continue wrapping the material around the post, layering it until the entire surface is concealed to your liking. Finish by fastening the ends at the base.
- With the wrapping complete, attach the large glow-in-the-dark eyes directly onto the streamer-covered surface using clear tape.
- Cut stitch shapes from the black streamers and adhere them to the green-wrapped section to create the Frankenstein monster's signature seams.
- Position the black plastic cups along the sides of the beam and tape them in place to represent the classic bolts on Frankenstein's neck.
