This layered dip combines refried beans, seasoned cream cheese, guacamole, and toppings. A piped spider web and olive spider make it festive. Chill and serve with tortilla chips.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream together. Remove 1/4 cup of the mixture and set aside (or place in a piping bag for later). Stir taco seasoning into the remaining mixture until well combined.
- Spread a layer of refried beans evenly in a pie dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Carefully spread the cream cheese and taco seasoning mixture over the beans, smoothing the surface.
- Gently spread guacamole over the cream cheese layer. Use a toothpick or knife to lightly score a spider web pattern into the guacamole.
- Pipe the reserved cream cheese mixture along the scored lines to create the spider web design.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese around the outer edge of the dish. Top with diced tomatoes, diced onion, sliced black olives, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- To make a spider, place a whole olive in the center and arrange olive slices around it as legs. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
