Haunted Haystacks
Whip up these spooky-sweet Haunted Haystacks for a quick Halloween treat that's crunchy, salty, and candy-studded.

These no-bake Haunted Haystacks combine melted butterscotch with crispy chow mein noodles and peanuts. Press candy corn and Halloween sprinkles on top for a festive finish. Let them set for about half an hour before serving.

Directions
- Prepare a baking sheet by covering it with wax paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the butterscotch chips in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until completely melted and smooth.
- Add the chow mein noodles and salted peanuts to the melted chips, mixing thoroughly so everything is coated.
- Using a spoon, place dollops of the mixture onto the wax paper-lined sheet.
- Right away, gently press a few candy corn pieces and some orange and black sprinkles into the top of each mound.
- Allow the haystacks to set until they are firm, which takes roughly 30 minutes.
