Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly coat a donut pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
- Stir in milk and vanilla yogurt until combined.
- Add the butter mixture to the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
- Divide the batter into three bowls. Leave one bowl plain; tint one orange and one green using food coloring.
- Transfer each batter to a zip-top bag and snip off a corner. Pipe batter into the donut pan, making 4 donuts per color.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 2 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed.
- Add powdered sugar and milk; beat on medium-high until smooth. Mix in vanilla.
- Divide frosting into three bowls and color green, orange, and black.
- Fill piping bags with frosting and attach different tips. Decorate donuts as desired (e.g., fur tip, skinny tip for webs).
- Top with candy eyes, sprinkles, and edible spiders if using.
