This monster fruit dip combines cream cheese, Cool Whip, and pistachio pudding for a sweet, creamy treat. Edible eyes give it a spooky face, while apple quarters carved with marshmallow teeth become silly, biteable monsters. Serve with a variety of fruits for dipping.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature until it's easy to stir.
  2. Gently mix the Cool Whip and pistachio pudding mix into the softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Place the dip in the fridge to firm up for at least an hour.
  4. Stick edible eyes onto the surface of the chilled dip to create a monster face.
  5. Cut red apples into quarters, then on each quarter slice a triangle from the skin side and remove the flesh underneath to create a pocket; fill each pocket with mini marshmallows to look like teeth.
