These no-bake Halloween slime cheesecakes are made in mini shot glasses with a graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and whipped cream. Topped with eyeball candy, they're a fun and creepy dessert. Refrigerate for several hours to let the cheesecake set before serving.
Ingredients
Directions
- Crush the graham crackers by placing them in a medium zip-top bag and smashing with a meat mallet or similar tool.
- Ensure the cream cheese is softened; if it's too firm, lumps will form that won't dissolve when mixed with pudding.
- Combine 1/4 cup milk with the softened cream cheese and blend until extremely smooth.
- In another bowl, mix 1 cup milk with the French vanilla pudding mix.
- Stir or blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Gently fold in half of one tub of whipped cream, using a spatula and mixing by hand just until combined.
- Place the remaining half of the first tub plus the second tub of whipped cream into a piping bag or baggie. Also bag the cheesecake mixture.
- Start assembling the shot glasses by adding a layer of crushed graham crackers to the bottom of each 2oz plastic cup.
- Pipe or spoon the cheesecake mixture (the "slime") over the graham cracker layer.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the cheesecake.
- Continue layering in the same order for all shot glasses.
- Place a chocolate eyeball candy on top of each dessert.
- Refrigerate for best results, allowing at least 4 to 8 hours for the cheesecake to set.
