This no-carve decorating idea lets you create pumpkin people using craft pumpkins and simple accessories. Hot glue bows, glasses (minus temples), a hat, and a mustache onto the pumpkin for a fun, family-friendly Halloween craft. Add optional silk flowers to personalize each character.

Directions

Attach black bows using hot glue—place one on the pumpkin's top for a hair bow or at the bottom as a bowtie.

Remove the temples (ear pieces) from the glasses and hot glue the bridge of the glasses onto the front of the pumpkin.

Run a bead of hot glue around the inside rim of a hat, then carefully set it on top of the pumpkin. Let the glue cool. Optionally, glue a silk flower to the hat for extra flair.

Finish the face by attaching a small costume mustache with hot glue.
