This fun Halloween appetizer combines creamy cheeses and spicy salsa, then gets a crunchy coating and a pumpkin makeover. Perfect for parties, it's both delicious and festive. Serve with crackers or veggies.

Ingredients

8 oz softened Cream Cheese

2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4 tsp Onion Powder

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/4 cup Salsa

1/2 tsp Cumin

2 cup Nacho Cheese Chips (crushed)

Directions

Mix together softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salsa. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Shape the mixture into a ball, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.

Roll the chilled cheese ball in crushed nacho cheese chips until fully coated.

For a festive look, you can press a bell pepper stem into the top and gently score lines around the sides to mimic a pumpkin's appearance.
